What is your return policy? 

All sales are final and no returns will be accepted. Would a glass painting arrive broken, I ask you email me a minimum of three (3) pictures of the damage, from different angles when applicable. at amcr.artwork@gmail.com . Upon reviewing the pictures, I will issue a return label if the item qualifies. Please return all broken pieces to your best ability. Refund will be issued once the return is complete. Scuffs, scratches, chipping and any other superficial cosmetic issues are not covered under this return. Only full cracking that clearly occurred during shipping will be eligible for a return. All frames and glass are second hand and might have scratches. scuffs or other imperfections expected in second hand picture frames. Please ask questions and check pictures closely before purchasing if you’re not sure if the product will be to your satisfaction.
